Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is accommodation that has been designed for disability people who need a lot of support in specialist housing solutions. This includes assisting with the delivery of supports to their extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
Accommodation support is provided from SOLW for individuals, or within a group setting who have high support needs and require specific home modifications and technologies, includes 24-hour a day support or active nights support. We currently have two high intensity SDA homes under construction.
